The Administrator of the personal data is RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Rakowiecka 34 lok. 15, 02-532 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000218297, NIP: 5213307386, REGON: 015830879 (hereinafter: Administrator).
Personal data collected by the Administrator shall be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the personal data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“RODO”) and Polish regulations issued in connection with RODO, including the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018. The Administrator shall keep your personal data confidential and secure it from unauthorised access by third parties under the terms of the aforementioned legal acts.

Processing of personal data provided via the contact form
The Service enables you to contact RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. using the contact form (hereinafter: Form).
Contacting RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. via the Form requires the user to indicate personal data:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address.
Using the Form it is necessary to formulate a message to RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o., without indicating detailed personal data of third parties. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to perform the process of service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of a form informs in a clear way what it is used for.

Additional information on how we process your personal data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the RODO in order for the Administrator to comply with its obligations under:
- legitimate interests pursued by RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. as Data Controller: for the purposes of providing services to customers, marketing of services, including for the purposes of providing information about events organised by RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. or in which RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. participates, as well as for analytical, statistical purposes and for the purposes of ensuring ICT security related to the Website (legal basis Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- the performance of contracts entered into by RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. with its customers, including the provision of training, for the purpose of working with suppliers and other entities cooperating with RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. (legal basis Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
- to recruit individuals interested in working or collaborating with RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. (legal basis of Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, respectively).

Your rights
We process your personal data on a voluntary basis; however, depending on the circumstances, a refusal to provide data or a request for deletion of data may prevent us from, for example, contacting you, providing you with information on events and activities of RFcell Technologies Sp. z o.o. or performing a service.
In accordance with the principles set out in the data protection legislation and to the extent provided therein, you have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

Period of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary for the performance of the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years or until you withdraw your consent.
Transfer of personal data to other entities
The Administrator shall be entitled to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary for the performance of a concluded agreement or performance of obligations incumbent upon the Administrator. This applies in particular to such recipients as: a hosting company on the basis of entrustment, authorised employees and associates who use the data to fulfil the purpose of the website.
